If one doesn't already have a GC100, what's the benefit of going the RS-232 route? I have been working with URC for well over a decade, though. Port assignments in plugin for gc100 are ser1(4999) & ser2(5000)First off, I'm a HS newb, so excuse my ignorance. The IP/Serial Plugin (by 'drule) handles the communication. Just create a generic RS232 driver in accelerator to trigger HS events. The gc100 serves as a serial bridge between HS and MX10 via IP. No need to write a separate IP driver in accelerator if you only want to run HS events with URC remote.
